Bobkitty Miller was the beginning of my love for the Pixie-Bob breed. He came to us from a filthy little trailer house
that had too many cats to count. We thought he was a manx but new right away we were wrong. Bobkitty did not
meow like a regular cat. He made a noise that sounded like "rink". He had these wonderful eyes that were gold and
amber. His eyes looked very deep into everything. He was my buddy, not just a pet. He followed me all around the
house.

One time my husband and I were in California and saw a book store that had several cat books. We found our
awnser in a book called "Legacy of the Cat" by Stephens/Yamazaki. I saw my Bobkitty in this book and realized he
was a Pixie-Bob.

We had Bobkitty only 4 years. We made the mistake of taking him to a Veterinarian for his neutering and did not tell
them he could not have the Feline Leukemia vaccine. He passed away within months of his vaccination. He loved us
and we loved him more than we could ever describe. He passed away in my arms and left his mark there forever in
my heart. Every cat I have now is a tribute to Bobkitty and his love.

I had been searching through the websites not sure what I was looking for when I found a page listing the most
magnificent shaggy coated boy I had ever seen. I couldn't believe it when they said that they were looking for a
home for him to retire to for the cost of shipping. I called and started the paperwork immediately. His name was
Kaperkats Rocky. He was a Pixie-Bob like no other. He was the son of Bobby Woodruff, "The Pixie-Bob". I
couldn't wait to see him, to hold him, and to love him in his days or retirement.

I picked him up at the airport and looked at that huge head inside the cat carrier. I was almost afraid to open the
door. I listened to him all the way home. All he would do is make a cute little squeeking noise. That was Rocky, a
huge guy with a sweet and gentle disposition. He was actually loved by all the other Pixie-Bobs in the house and any
human that ventured by.

In the mornings he would walk around the kitchen island. He would go around and around waiting for his
breakfast. Once he was fed, it was our special time. I would sit on the couch with my coffie and brush his great
thick coat. He would purr loud enough for the neighbors to hear. I think the thing I will always had the tip of his
tongue stikcing out. What a clown.

Rocky was only with us a year when he crossed over the Rainbow bridge. In crossing, he took part of my heart with
him. Look in to your Pixie's eyes and you just might see Kaperkats Rocky with his big gentle heart. Rocky
fathered/grandfathered many of our furry babies that we have now.

In Loving Memory of Rodao
May 11th.2004- June 4th. 2006
On June 4th. 2006, we had a very devastating fire. We lost one of the most precious cats in the whole world that night. Her name was Rodao
and she was so much fun. She was so curious, she was always getting into some sort of innocent trouble. Like getting stuck behind the stove
or under the kitchen cabinets. She also loved to go hiking and camping with us. She thought it was so great to be outside and act like a wild
cat. We miss her sweet little meow so very much. She was so talkative and always had something to tell us. Our home just doesn't feel right
with out her, we will always miss her and always love her.
